Reconnect…
Kingaley is a special place designed for slowing down and reconnecting. Spend your days feeding horses, fishing or swimming in our pristine stretch of river, cycling quiet country roads, or enjoying long afternoons by the fire. Guests often finish the day with a country BBQ, sunset drinks on the deck, or a peaceful yoga or meditation session overlooking the river.
The Farmhouse
Our stylish yet relaxed farmhouse has been designed to capture river views from every room. It includes two large main bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and two additional bedrooms - meaning the house can sleep 8 people comfortably and extra mattresses available if needed, making it well suited to families and groups. The house also has a full Kitchen and laundry appliances.
The home offers a cosy lounge with fireplace, a separate dining room, and a TV room, allowing space to gather or unwind. A wrap-around deck provides stunning sunset views over the river and alfresco dining, while the outdoor entertaining area includes a large BBQ and additional dining table—three dining spaces in total. A classic garden firepit completes the experience.

“We spent a very relaxing few days at the farm stay. The kids absolutely loved running wild outside and watching the animals, and the adults relaxed around the fire and on the balcony enjoying the beautiful views. The house itself is absolutely stunning - Can’t wait to come back again in the future”
“We had a great stay over the Xmas/new year break. Beautiful property. Great for the kids to ride their bikes around the property. Having the river close by was a plus. Close enough to town ie short 10min drive. Similar drive to the Dungog Common for Mtn Biking. Good fun!”
“What an amazing place! The house itself is clean and cozy. The fireplace was well used, and the beautiful horses we fell in love with.
Fishing was had down on the river, walks around the property, hide and seek, backyard cricket, marshmallows around the fire pit. Kids had a ball! It’s the perfect getaway.
Thank you Toni and Murray for your hospitality. We will be back!”
