Welcome to Kingaley …
Kingaley spans twenty acres of rolling countryside, bordered by the tranquil Williams River to the west and to the east just a ten minute drive into the rural town of Dungog.
The land is home to more than 120 olive trees and a flourishing citrus orchard of oranges, tangelos, limes, lemons and lemonades. Guests can wander the grounds, gather around the fire pit at dusk, or host long outdoor lunches on the barbecue patio beneath wide country skies. Our two cows and two horses quietly graze nearby, adding to the gentle rhythm of the property.
At the heart of Kingaley sits our beloved farmhouse, designed in the early 1970s to embrace its surroundings. The home blends architectural character with warmth, creating a space that feels both grounded and inviting.
Kingaley is our sanctuary, a place to slow down, reconnect, and savour the beauty of rural life.

Kingaley is just heaven - absolutely beautifully positioned with a view that you can gaze at all day. The house has all the comforts you need and we used the fireplace which was stocked in plenty of wood - this kept the home toasty warm. Toni communicated very efficiently. I highly recommend this beautiful home, especially if you want to enjoy lovely Dungog and the fantastic mountain bike park.

Beautiful location, beautiful property, beautifully designed and decorated, absolutely faultless. Loved the fire pit at sunset, kitchen well stocked, modern appliances, so much space, great bbq area, kids enjoyed interacting with friendly horses. Highly recommend Kingaley!

This place really is as magical and as good as all the reviews say. This would have to be one of the best air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed in and such a well stocked kitchen with everything you need made for cooking up feast for the family so easier. Each window captures the views perfectly. For all of us who stayed, we will be back! For those wanting to book, do not hesitate do it now.
